VIVERDE TURISMO adopts all necessary measures to protect the privacy of user data in compliance with current legislation. Information provided by you at the time of inquiry/purchase, such as telephone number, CPF/Passport and address to request your reservation and issue your invoice/voucher.

6-Registration data

Information voluntarily provided by cardholders when filling out the query form on our website – such as full name, email, telephone number.

7-Payment data

Information provided by cardholders to make a purchase is not directed to VIVERDE TURISMO, but to the CIELO and PAYLINK Credit Card transaction platform. Such as credit and debit card numbers, brand, CVV (“Card Verification Value”) expiration date and billing address are protected by these platforms, we do not have access to this data.

8-Electronic record data and User interaction

Information collected as a result of your browsing on our platform - such as data on purchased items, IP address (Internet Protocol), Session ID (session token/identity), data from mobile devices used to access the website (including operating system version, browser, connection and installed software), geolocation data, and other information related to User interaction, such as date and time of access, products viewed, time spent on pages, areas visited, click records and cookie identifiers are obtained by the Google Analytics, Google Ads and Bing Ads platforms.

10-How are cookies and similar technologies used?

22-7-Natural or legal person, governed by public or private law, who processes personal data on behalf of the controller.
22-8-HOLDER OF PERSONAL DATA. Natural person to whom the personal data subject to processing refer.
22-9-PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA. Any operation carried out with personal data, such as those relating to collection, production, reception, classification, use, access, reproduction, transmission, distribution, processing, archiving, storage, elimination, evaluation or control of information, modification, communication, transfer , diffusion or extraction.

23-Privacy Policy

It may undergo updates and adjustments at any time to reflect VIVERDE TURISMO's practices in relation to privacy and protection of personal data. If the update is substantial, we will use available means to contact our customers to make them aware of the changes. 24-Minor Data Policy
