Installations and Services

COVID 19 - By virtue of DECREE OF AMAZONAS STATE number 44.442/2021 published on August 25, 2021, it is mandatory to prove vaccination regularity for Covid-19 and the presentation of a test with a negative result for Covid-19 (which will be mandatory in the boat entrance), so that guests can take the tours and have contact with the traditional riverside communities.
For future reservations, an amount of R$90.00 per person will be charged during check-in for the mandatory antigen test.
Results will be available within 30 minutes of completion. COVID-19 positive passengers cannot board.
These will have the full support of the Iberostar Team and will be able to reschedule the trip with the amount paid as a
credit in a new reservation with the fare in effect on the new date.
Therefore, we recommend that you arrive in advance for the exam.
