1st DAY - MANAUS TOWARDS THE AMAZON FOREST
14:00h Departure from Hotel or Airport in Manaus, to the Amazon Turtle Lodge Inn, transfer by van or bus to Porto do (Ceasa) (30 minutes).
Boarding a speedboat sailing to the meeting of the waters, a quick stop for photos with opportunities to see the pink dolphins, we continue the navigation about (25 minutes) to Vila do Careiro.
Stop to visit the local fruit market and last shopping. Board a van or minibus (50 minutes on BR 319) that connects Manaus to Porto Velho, stop to photograph the lake of
Vitória-Regias - we continue our journey to the Mamorí River.
Boarding by speedboat, navigation for 50 minutes.
Arrival at the jungle hotel is scheduled for 17:30. Check-in at the accommodations and at 19:00
dinner and soon after, presentation of the technical team and the fishermen to the fishing guides and pilots.
2nd to the 4th DAY - FISHING, FISHING AND... FISHING!
(05:30 h) Breakfast, fishing, lunch - Afternoon fishing and dinner.
5th DAY - Back to Manaus
(8:30 am) Return to Manaus by the same itinerary, being able to return directly to the Airport or Hotel in the city of Manaus.

Restaurant with two environments, all screened in the shape of a maloca. Meals are served in buffet form with the best of Amazonian cuisine.

1st day
TRANSFER FROM MANAUS - MAMORI RIVER AND TRACAJÁ LAKE REGION
08h00 - Transfer by car to Porto da Ceasa, with a brief visit to Ceasa fish and fruit market.
Board a regional speedboat.
We will follow the river route to the Meeting of the Waters.
Short stop to take photos of the meeting of the Negro and Solimões rivers with possibilitie of sighting pink dolphins in this region.
Continuing, trip to Vila do Careiro, where we will depart by land (van or minibus) along the BR 319.
On the way you will be able to contemplate the Victoria Whales, a brief photo stop, and follow the road towards to our destination.
From branch line 14 on AM-020, the journey will continue via waterway by motor boat. This part of the trip is a real adventure, we will continue to glimpse a beautiful path through the Igarapés (small arms of the river) and the Igapós (flooded forest area).
Expected arrival at Turtle Lodge at 12 noon.

Experiences - Recognizing medicinal plants
5:30 am – Departure in motorized canoe to watch the sunrise and watch the morning flight of birds.
Return for a delicious regional breakfast, after which we will continue with the following activities:
Jungle walk with an expert guide.
During this tour, the guide will introduce you to some survival techniques in the jungle using the resources of the forest, as well as the edible plants of the Amazon.
Opportunity to discover and identify some species of medicinal plants.
Return to the lodge for lunch.
15:00 – Departure in motorized canoes to fish for piranhas, and with good luck other types of fish. Return to the Lodge at dusk. After dinner, river tour:

Instructions on techniques on how to survive in the Amazon jungle and identify some edible plants.
Get to know a little about the variety of medicinal plants in the Amazon.
Return to the lodge for lunch.
15:00 – We will continue to some activities along the Lake of Tracajá:
Paddle canoe trip for bird watching.
Contemplation of Amazonian Fauna and Flora.
Watch the beautiful Amazon sunset on the banks of the Mamori River.
19:00 – Dinner will be served and shortly after, our guide will take you on a tour via motorized canoes to observe nocturnal animals, including spotting alligators.
3rd day
LOCAL COMMUNITIES & AMAZON CULTURE AND CONTEMPLATION
08:00 – After breakfast, we will go on our morning walk in the Amazon rainforest:
We will visit a riverside community.
We will get to know the style of caboclo houses.
Get to know customs, culture and the way of subsistence of local communities.
Return to the lodge for lunch.
In the afternoon, departure by motorized canoe to fish for piranhas near Lake Tracajá. At dusk, return to the lodge. Dinner will be served at 7:00 pm.
The night will be reserved for relaxation, an ideal time to enjoy the sounds of the rainforest and the mysteries of the Amazon jungle.
4th day
08:00 – Breakfast. The departure to Manaus can be in the morning or after lunch.
Depending on the client's itinerary/time, we offer the possibility of an additional tour (at Turtle Lodge) in the morning. The transfer can be direct to the airport or hotel in Manaus.

ECOTOURISM, LOCAL COMMUNITIES & CONTEMPLATION OF NATURE
8:00 am – The day will be dedicated to tours that include visiting local communities:
Visit to the caboclos house.
Get to know the customs & culture of the riverside caboclo.
Visit to a manioc plantation and vegetable gardens in the communities.
Return to the lodge for lunch.
In the afternoon we will dedicate ourselves to contemplating the Amazon in a special sensorial way:
Ride in a rowing canoe.
Opportunity to photograph beautiful landscapes.
Contemplation of Amazonian Fauna and Flora.
Stimulate our senses and hear the sound of the jungle.
During the high river period (January to September) it is possible to paddle inside the Igapós (flooded forests) and explore the Igarapés (small channels that cut through the flooded forests).
Free night to enjoy the facilities of the Turtle Lodge and the region of Lake Tracajá. Where both offer great opportunities for their visitors: silent waters, starry skies and a bar with drinks with Amazonian flavors.
4th day
ECOLOGICAL TRAILS, CRAFTS TECHNIQUES & RUBBER SMOKING
08:00 – Breakfast will be served, after which our guide will go for a walk in the jungle and the rest of the day will be dedicated to:
Opportunity to get to know some species of medicinal plants.
Get to know a little more about the native tree of the region: The Rubber Tree.
Visit to the house of an old rubber tapper.
Observation of latex smoking techniques.
Transformation of latex into natural rubber.
Opportunity to observe and learn craft techniques using rubber.
Lunch will be served at the Lodge.
You will be able to choose some extra activity within the options of ecotourism tours in the afternoon/evening period.
5th day
CONTEMPLATION OF THE BOTOS, FAREWELL FROM THE JUNGLE & RETURN TO MANAUS
08:00 – Breakfast and then departure for a river tour in the lakes near the lodge to:

Visit the local community school
Opportunity to learn a little about the life of the riverside and caboclos of the region.
Return to the lodge for lunch.

Survival Mamori (6D/5N)
1st DAY - FROM MANAUS TOWARDS THE AMAZON FOREST
7:30 am – Departure from the hotel to the site of our expedition, Mamori River. We will continue towards the port of Ceasa, from where we will depart by speedboat towards the Meeting of the Waters, the meeting of the Negro and Solimões rivers that run for kilometers side by side and form the beautiful Amazon River.
Soon after, we will continue our journey towards the village of Careiro da Várzea, where we will make a brief stop at the local market, where we will have opportunities to discover fruits, fish and the variety of Amazonian products.
The trip follows by land (van or minibus) along the BR319 highway, the road that connects Manaus to Porto Velho. During this journey, our adventurers will certainly be fascinated by the breathtaking landscapes, rivers, canals, lily pads (aquatic plant), birds and small communities seen along the way.
12:00 – Estimated arrival at the support base: Amazon Turtle Lodge, Check In and reconnaissance of the lodge's facilities.
12:30 pm – Lunch will be served, with a delicious buffet filled with flavors of Amazonian cuisine.
After lunch tour to recognize the region around the lodge, instructions from the guide on what the current days will be like, activities and day-by-day schedule for the days of survival in the wild.
19:30 – Dinner will be served at the Amazon Turtle Lodge and soon after, the adventurers are free to rest, enjoy the comfort of the lodge, because the next day our adventure through the Amazon jungle will start very early.
2nd DAY - CAMP, ADVENTURE & AMAZON JUNGLE
Rustic jungle shelter (overnight in the jungle)
After breakfast, we will depart from the Amazon Turtle Lodge in motorized canoes to Lago do Tracajá, where we will set up our first camp, known as TAPIRI, using wood, vines and palm leaves.
The camp will be set up on the bank of the river, thus facilitating access to all the activities that will be carried out throughout the days and, as we know, the rivers are the only means of transport in these territories. Lunch will be caboclo style, by the river, with fresh fish roasted on the grill.
In the afternoon, we will travel along the river paths aboard our canoes.
Recognition of areas to look for food such as: fish, fruits and water.
Night tour to observe the noises of the jungle and the nocturnal animals.
First overnight at the camp in our hammocks covered by mosquito nets and moved by thousands of different sounds of the Amazon jungle.
3rd DAY - CONTEMPLATION, FAUNA, FLORA & EXUBERANT LANDSCAPES

05:30 – Early in the morning we will leave to contemplate the first rays of the sun, the beautiful dawn in the Amazon forest, observe the awakening of birds and many other animals of daytime habit. Soon after, we will return to the camp for a delicious breakfast in the jungle.

4th DAY - JUNGLE SURVIVAL & FOREST TRAILS
After breakfast, the guide will take our adventurers on a jungle walk in regions further away from the main base. The whole day will be dedicated so that everyone can get to know different environments between primary and secondary forests.

Small animals can be seen.
Contemplation of lush landscapes.

Return to camp in the early evening. Dinner preparation and then relaxing on our hammocks for the next adventure!
5th DAY - PADDING THROUGH THE IGARAPÉS, AGAINST THE WILD NATURE
Exploring ecosystems (Mamori River)
Breakfast, followed by a paddle canoe tour. This time we will explore the nearby river channels (igarapés).
This itinerary usually takes a whole day and we can return to the base for lunch or make a stop “by the river” and prepare our meal.
During this tour it is possible to find on our way: Monkeys of scent, capuchin monkey, Snakes, Iguanas, Bicho Preguiça. Spot groups of botos
After dinner, a night tour to focus on nocturnal animals, including the alligator spotting.
6th DAY - RELAX IN THE AMAZON & RETURN TO MANAUS
Breakfast and free time to relax and enjoy the last day of Mamori Survival.
Lunch and transfer back to Manaus.

1st DAY - FROM MANAUS FOR AN ADVENTURE IN THE AMAZON
08:00 – Departure from the hotel to the site of our expedition, Mamori River. During this journey, our adventurers will certainly be fascinated by the breathtaking landscapes, rivers, canals, water lilies (aquatic plant), birds and small communities seen along the way.
Support base: The Amazon Turtle Lodge jungle hotel will only be the support base to pick up the kayaks and from this point on the guides will give important and necessary instructions regarding the safety and use of the kayak, to then embark all expedition material and start the Kayaking expedition towards the camp site on the Mamori River.
The way to the base of the camp will take around 5 hours by Kayaking.
This river route has lush landscapes and century-old trees.
Adventurers will get to know SAMAÚMA, famous for its more than 40 meters in height and trunk measuring about 160 diameters.
There is the possibility of seeing birds of different species and alligators along the way.
Depending on the time of day, there will be a strategic stop for lunch by the river, consisting of sandwiches, fruits and natural juices. A short rest, and the expedition continues until everyone arrives at the camp site, to set up the structure that will accommodate them throughout the Kayak expedition.
The adventurers will participate in the entire process of assembling the nets at the base of the camp (tapiri using wood, branches and straw from the babassu tree) and learn all the techniques to set up the nets and security nodes, as well as other interesting local techniques using forest materials to survive in the wild.
Camping in the Jungle (Camping 1)
After the camp is set up and ready for the next adventures, a quick tour with the kayaks will be carried out to reconnoitre the area around the campsite in order to identify the place to be explored throughout the days.
2nd DAY - OBSERVATION OF BIRDS & RIVER PATHS
5:30 am – On board the kayaks, we'll paddle early to watch the sunrise and watch the birds. Then we will return to the lodge. 08:00 – Breakfast and after many adventures: Jungle walk with an expert guide. Instructions on techniques on how to survive in the wild using forest resources. The guide will introduce species of plants typical of the Amazon. Pause to organize the lunch spot, by the river. After lunch, take a break to relax and, who knows, take a dip in the river? 15:00 – Continuation of the adventure aboard the kayak: Fishing for piranhas and other small fish. Contemplation of the fauna and flora and its rich biodiversity. 19:00 – Dinner will be served. Soon after, there will be a special tour to observe nocturnal animals and then the guide will promote a focus on the alligator. Return to the camp for a relaxing night's sleep listening to the sound of the forest.
3rd DAY | JUNGLE TREKKING & KAYAKING - EXPLORING ECOSYSTEMS
05H00 – Observation of the sunrise and the flock of birds. This time is ideal to observe the richness of the Amazonian fauna. It is possible to find groups of porpoises fishing in small lakes. After returning to the campsite and enjoying a delicious Amazonian coffee, the adventurers will continue their journey to the next base camp (Camp 2) in another region, allowing for a glimpse of different ecosystems: primary jungle Different kind of vegetation Differentiated bird habitat Diversity of birds, insects and small animals Alligator spotted during Kayaking tourAlligator spotted during Kayaking tour Snake found during Jungle TrekSnake found during Jungle Trek A jungle walk will be carried out to identify the place to be explored and help adventurers understand the difference between the various environments found in the Amazon rainforest. DAY 4 - FLOODED FOREST, KAYAKING & RELAX AT JUNGLE LODGE

08:00 – After breakfast, we will board the kayaks and head towards Lake Tracajá, paddling and discovering the rich biodiversity on the way to the Amazon Turtle Lodge, the base used for the last night in the jungle.

5th DAY - CABOCLAS STORIES & FAREWELL FROM THE JUNGLE
05:00 – Very early, on board the kayaks, a tour to contemplate the sunrise in Lago do Tracajá and the beautiful flock of birds in the forest. Return to the lodge for breakfast and then visit a riverside village to: Visit a rubber tree plantation (also known by the name of rubber tree, it is a tree of the Euphorbiaceae family). The guide will give a brief speech about the height of the rubber period. The caboclo will demonstrate the extraction of latex and the smoking of rubber. 12:30 pm – Lunch at the Amazon Turtle Lodge and shortly after lunch, return to Manaus. 17:00/17:30 – Estimated arrival in Manaus. The transfer can be direct to the airport or hotel.

1st DAY - FROM MANAUS TOWARDS THE AMAZON FOREST
08:00 – Departure from the hotel to the site of our expedition, Rio Mamori. We will continue towards the port of Ceasa, from where we will depart by speedboat towards the Meeting of the Waters, the meeting of the Negro and Solimões rivers that run for kilometers side by side and form the beautiful Amazon River. We will continue our journey towards the village of Careiro da Várzea, where we will make a brief stop at the local market, opportunities to discover the fruits, Amazonian fish and the variety of Amazonian products. The trip follows by land (van or minibus) along the BR319 highway, the road that connects Manaus to Porto Velho. Even so, we offer an optional afternoon tour: Ecological walk focusing on the Amazonian flora represented by medicinal plants. The guide will provide information about medicinal plants in the Amazon and the type of diseases that the medicinal use of these can be indicated. They are empirical information, from the people of the forest, knowledge that has been passed on from generation to generation. Opportunity to get to know the famous rubber tree, and observe the extraction of latex and the process of transformation into natural rubber. At dusk, return to the lodge. Dinner will be served at 19:00.
5th DAY - CONTEMPLATE THE DOORS & RETURN TO MANAUS

Then, kayaking, paddling around the lodge in search of small channels (igarapés) and flooded forest area (igapó) to observe freshwater dolphins (pink and gray dolphins) On the occasion, we will visit the school in a riverside community, and take the opportunity to share the experience and culture of the riverside caboclos who live on the banks of the rivers of the Amazon rainforest. 2nd DAY - WELCOME TO THE AMAZON JUNGLE & AMAZON TREKKING
7:30 am – Breakfast and, soon after, say goodbye to the comfort of the Amazon Turtle Lodge and go for a walk in the jungle in search of a safe and appropriate place to set up camp. The jungle trek will last approximately 5 hours. Lunch will be served in the jungle, survival style. 3rd DAY - TREKKING & JUNGLE SURVIVAL TECHNIQUES

4th DAY - FLIGHT OF BIRDS & CONTEMPLATION OF FAUNA AND FLORA
06:00 – Departure very early to contemplate the morning flight of birds. Return to base for breakfast. It's time to go in search of new adventures. Time to remove camp. This morning our adventurers will cross the small channels (Furos) in a motorized canoe, in search of a different environment to set up the base and explore other types of ecosystems.
5th DAY - EXPLORING NEW ECOSYSTEMS: CANOEING & FISHING
07:00 – Breakfast and canoeing through small canals. As we explore the new environment around the camp, the guide will teach you techniques for fishing and finding food in the jungle that will possibly be the basis of lunch and dinner. After dinner: Ride in rowing canoes to observe nocturnal animals, and carry out rustic fishing, very typical: “Zagaia” (a type of harpoon), with a little luck, adventurers will be able to catch or zagaiar an Acará, species of fish very tasty and appreciated by the locals. The success of night fishing will yield a good lunch the next day. Return to the camp and relax!
6th DAY - RIVER PATHS & FLOODED FOREST
After breakfast, special canoeing inside the streams, which are known as holes and small river paths, and the part of the flooded jungle (Igapó) that is submerged during the flood period of the rivers in the Amazon region. Possibility of seeing: groups of birds, sloths, monkeys. In the afternoon – regional fishing for piranha, peacock bass or other different types of fish found there. Return to camp and overnight at the base.
7th DAY - AMAZON DAWN & FOREST CONTEMPLATION
Relax on the shores of Lake Tracajá (Amazon Turtle Lodge) 05:00 – This morning we will start our activities aboard our canoes to contemplate the sunrise in the Amazon. And the wonderful dawn inside the rainforest. There is the possibility of seeing groups of birds, macaws and the Guariba monkeys that, with their thunderous noises, can be heard from kilometers away. The afternoon will be reserved for our adventurers to relax and enjoy free time to learn about the secrets and details of the Amazon. Lunch, dinner and overnight at the camp. Pause necessary to plan our return to the central base of the expedition.
8th DAY - RETURN TO AMAZON TURTLE LODGE & SPECIAL LUNCH

Cabocla making flour (riverside community) 8:00 am – Breakfast and then we head to visit a rubber and manioc plantation: Opportunity to observe and understand the caboclo process of “making flour” Know the types of food manufactured by the riverside people from cassava. Return to the lodge for lunch The night will be dedicated to our “SURVIVORS” with barbecue, caipirinhas, in the company of guides, foresters and all the team involved. 10th DAY - END OF THE ADVENTURE & RETURN TO MANAUS
